The Challenge

Samolet, one of the region's largest residential developers, faced a critical question: How do you scale community engagement across thousands of buildings without scaling design teams, marketing spend, or complexity?

We created an AI-powered design bot that empowers every resident to become a local creative — generating posters, logos, merch, and banners in seconds, fully on-brand, entirely self-serve.
