Develop a go-to-market (GTM) strategy, positioning, and brand identity for Netcat,
a B2B startup specializing in applied neural networks. The goal was to simplify the perception of AI, making it accessible
and appealing for companies looking
to optimize their operations through advanced AI solutions.

Neural networks are powerful. They're also terrifying.Businesses everywhere knew AI could transform their operations, but the gap between potential and reality felt impossible to bridge. Complex implementation. Steep learning curves. Technical barriers that turned promising conversations into dead ends.Netcat specialized in applied AI consulting — helping companies implement existing neural network solutions. They had the expertise to bridge that gap. What they didn't have was a way to scale their marketing and communication fast enough to reach all the businesses that needed their help.
(04)
The insight was simple: great consulting companies don't fail because their expertise isn't valuable. They fail because they can't communicate that value fast enough to enough people.Netcat could transform any business with applied AI.
But creating case studies, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for each potential client was eating their resources alive. So we flipped the script. Instead of scaling the team, we scaled the tools. Instead of hiring more designers and marketers, we built a system that made every team member a brand creator.
Integrates seamlessly into WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Facebook
Generates branded proposals, case studies, presentations and other brand materials — just by filling simple forms
Maintains perfect brand consistency automatically — margins, typography, messaging guidelines built right in
(05)
Under the hood, we built something remarkable: a fully automated constructor for branding materials that eliminated traditional production costs and drastically reduced lead times.Every client presentation, proposal, case study, and marketing asset gets generated instantly, perfectly on-brand, with zero manual work. We didn't just solve Netcat's branding problem. We created a model for how specialized companies can scale their client communication without scaling their overhead.
(06)
The visual identity embraced a vibrant, distinct, neon-green cat mascot — generated using neural networks itself. This engaging and memorable mascot visually communicated ease-of-use and familiarity, featured prominently across all branded touchpoints. The branding combined clean typography and bold graphics with playful mascot illustrations, resulting in an identity that immediately communicated both technological sophistication and accessible charm.

The most important result wasn't numerical — it was operational. We watched Netcat transform from a boutique consultancy limited by their production capacity into
a scalable growth machine. The Netcat transformation shows that even the most specialized project can scale rapidly when you automate the communication, not the core service. Sometimes the best way to grow isn't through more effort — it's through effective tools.
